3 Haiku about Nighttime

 

mangled and scratching

at the dark and hollowed skies

naked winter trees

 

clouds descend, swallow

huge parts of the night; hiding

eerie mysteries

 

 

sweatshirts and blankets

as the temperature drops

need more space heaters
