#113 of 365 – 3 haiku about unemployment

3 haiku about unemployment

walking in circles

the floors creak below his steps

worn shoes; out of work

woman’s lip trembling

long line, groceries in bags

debit card declined

last thirty bucks gone

kids in the car; she drops canned

soup into her purse
