#140 of 365 – “watching snowflakes”

“watching snowflakes”

I sit watching

snowflakes

carve their way

to the Earth

absorbed

in their journeys

and the freedom

they birth

with no worry

their ending,

on the ground,

trees or cars

and no regrets

that they’d all

left their homes

in the stars

Beautiful, lines are like watching a snowflake 🙂

As provocative and charming as the first three stanzas are, I’d like to limit my comments to the last stanza, because it is here that I sense a kindred spirit at work stating in just a couple of lines her belief in our beginning in the stars. And I would like to put those few comments in an email rather than here in this venue. So…I’m off again…at nearly 4:00 a.m. EST to write you an email! Seeya! 🙂
