#178 or 365 – 4 Haiku about art

4 Haiku about art

gallery window

rain and wind hurries along

people who don’t stop

up for adoption

showing bright for visitors

to the gallery

competing for space

sunsets and ribbon dancers

walls and pedestals

so eager for love

in quiet desperation

offspring of artists

Wow! Are you a fast learner or what!! The first and last ones have the “spark.” The middle two just “tell” although “sunsets and ribbon dancers” is a fantastic image! Is this explosion of “good-ness” partially due to reading Belinda’s haiku? I say again, “Wow!”
    Nice work, Merle!

Aww, thanks Ron! Yes…it is indeed my trying to learn more through Belinda’s wonderful haiku and insights. Baby-steps….nice to have a friend to help steady me…you’re the best!
