#182 of 365 – 4 Haiku about showers

4 Haiku about showers

water; warm, sublime

divine refuge from sorrow

where I cry to God

dirt and dead skin gone

hard streams of burning water

rape doesn’t wash off

sticky skin gunk; first

delicious shower out of

my huge bodycast

beneath its mercy

curled up in the agony

of not being sober
