#205 of 365 – “seeds”

“seeds”

prayer

trickles

through

the cracks

where new

truths

grow

like weeds

breaking

through

uneasiness

to where

the future

lays

her

seeds

As my Daddy used to say as an affirmation of almost everything, “You betcha boots!”

You bet your boots this poem has punch! My Daddy would love it…just like I do! 🙂

Ooooh, very nice one! I love “trickling prayers” and “where the future lays her seeds”–wonderful!
