#226 of 365 – 3 Haiku about the passing of time

3 Haiku about time passing

air heavy, pregnant

with tomorrow, but today

isn’t done living

sometimes hours hug me

like we’re good friends; but sometimes

they just disappear

years rush over me

there is no time to wonder

how I got this old

Very familiar–you often put things in the way I haven’t yet thought of, but feel clearly. That some hours hug–is so beautiful, I love those hours. Thank you.

Oh, how these touch my heart…especially the last one. Nicely done, Merle!
