butterfly breezes

flutter in the trees

planes and bodies

pepper fields like disease

the nectar of moonlight

pours darkness away

while families fall dead

beneath hatred’s decay

This powerful and graphic poem (no doubt referring to the latest Malaysian Airlines tragedy) is beautiful but sooo horrific. I wish we would never have to write this kind of poem again. But, sadly, we will.
