    Very true to life. I know more about cognitive behavioral therapy than I wish I did. But it’s all part of the road…

      Yeah…me too Ron. But it has truly saved me from a life of being curled up in a corner. Funny how it always seems the perfect time for a nap though. 😉

    But maybe it’s a good thing that you’re so relaxed–I used to be so tense in therapy (maybe that’s why it wasn’t very effective). Love, Figgy
