#363 of 365 – 2 Haiku

2 Haiku

wading deep, so low

where even sorrow can’t go

joy hides in the blues

always a slow note

to reach right in and carry

my soul back to God

Ooops! I was in the middle of a comment to Haiku 1, which suddenly disappeared! Tricky old haiku. I’m going to say a couple of words on the MIA haiku anyway. Here goes — Stepping off into the unknown is the essence of FAITH. Without faith, everything is just arithmetic! Can you dig it?!

Haiku 2 and 3 speak to the redemptive power of music to save us from ourselves and to lift us up when we wallow in self-pity.

    Or something like that!

In any case, as the expression goes, regarding these two haiku, “It’s all good”!

Thanks Ron! Yes…I can dig it! I thought I got that tricky haiku out before anyone saw it…guess not. Oops! And glad you liked my little music haiku. 🙂

    are you supposed to

    keep walking when you can’t

    see where you’re going?

Answer: Yes! But beware the gangplanks!
